This project was a design-build tenant improvement within a beautiful 18,000 SF historic building. With original rough cut timber structure and brick walls in abundance, the primary goal for The Stoner Electric Group, a PRIME partner, was to use proper lighting to highlight the architectural features and textures. Challenges included routing of wiring and cabling in a concealed manner and updating the space with modern day technologies while retaining the historical charm.
