The Murrayhill Marketplace involved the refurbishment of an existing 154,000 SF retail and office center, comprising five buildings ranging from one to three stories each. The Stoner Electric Group, a PRIME partner, played a key role by delivering comprehensive design-build electrical and fire alarm services throughout the project, all while the center remained operational. Pre-construction services included electrical design and photometric calculations, accompanied by updated budgets at each design phase. Our responsibilities extended to site work, incorporating parking and landscape lighting, as well as installing new building lighting in public areas, signage, and upgraded electrical systems in public plazas. The plazas, featuring water features, a fireplace, a performance stage, and an area for outdoor movies, are fully equipped with power and technology. The Stoner Electric Group successfully completed all tasks within budget and on schedule, achieving a flawless result with zero punch list items.
