After completing the first phase of Henry M. Jackson’s infrastructure modernization in 2007, Prime was asked to be a part of the team for the next stage of upgrades. This second stage of modernization, concluded in 2010, was very extensive and consisted of replacing all main switch gear for upgrading the power infrastructure, installing dimming ballast and lighting controls to all 14,000 fixtures in the building, and upgrading power to meet new “green” initiatives. Throughout the three-year long project, it was imperative that power was not disrupted as tenants occupied the building for the duration of the project.
