The 1120 Denny project will tower over the South Lake Union landscape with its twin 42 story residential towers. This unique design assist structure is a modern marvel of construction due to its extensive BIM coordination, simultaneous building of both post tension towers and cast in place concrete midrise, on a timeline of 3 years start to finish. Some highlights of the project are a 560,000 square feet 7 level below ground parking structure, a 13-story midrise luxury hotel with main level retail surrounding the structure. And the twin 42 story residential towers making up the remainder of the total 1.7 million square feet. This project also incorporates a stand-alone district energy plant that in the future will be utilized to serve the adjacent 1120 John project.
