1150 Eastlake is an eleven story lab-office space over four floors of below grade parking on the Alexandria Eastlake Life Science campus. The core and shell features world class gathering spaces on the 7th floor and roof, lab support spaces on level one, a complete shell and core access control and CCTV package, neutral host DAS system, building guest accessible wifi, and centralized building owner networked building systems as well as Owner and Tenant optional standby distribution. Preconstruction is complete, and construction is to be complete in 2023.
