Indeed 2+U consisted of 11 floor tenant improvement in Seattle. The spaces included a full service kitchen, 10 pantry’s, multiple conference rooms on each floor, IDF/MDF rooms and a large amount of open office space. Prime completed gear installation on each floor, all branch circuitry, provided and installed all lighting and lighting controls, augmented the existing fire alarm system and provided all pathway for all low voltage systems. The 200,000 square foot project was delivered in a three phased turnover to grant early occupant access.
