Our logistics team considers these elements collectively during each project, letting us coordinate resources, maximize production, and trim the excessive or unnecessary.

Keeping it LEAN

Logistical streamlining is part of the LEAN thinking and construction practices we champion at every level of our company. The LEAN approach allows us to build efficiencies using processes like pull planning, flow, prefabrication/manufacturing of assemblies, A3, 5S, 1-Minute quick change, supply chain management, and JIT (just in time).
